The BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) maintains an extensive roster of courses to ensure water practitioners have access to continuing education and career development opportunities.

BCWWA Education Course Catalogue

The BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) maintains an extensive roster of courses to ensure water practitioners have access to continuing education and career development opportunities.

We currently offer 10 certification preparation courses that help practitioners:

Prepare to take an Environmental Operators Certification Program (EOCP) certification exam;
And/or earn continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain their existing EOCP operator certification.

We also offer 19 elective courses that provide skills training and an opportunity to earn CEUs to maintain their existing certification(s).

Certification Preparation Courses

All of our certification prep courses are available in-class or through custom training.

Core (C) CEUs – CEUs that have been assessed as directly applicable to the job functions and knowledge requirements for an operator for a specific utility type (i.e. directly WWT).

Related (R) CEUs – CEUs that are relevant to the industry as a whole, but not directly applicable to the job functions of an operator for a specific utility type.
