The exhibitor waiting list has reached maximum capacity and is closed. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to add more available spots to the waiting list. In the event of any booth cancellations, we will contact organizations from the waiting list in order of the already existing queue.

Trade show prices

  • $2,100: 8’ x 10’ booth, includes two exhibitor passes
  • $1,750: 8’ x 8’ booth, includes two exhibitor passes

Payment and Cancellation terms

Only one booth per organization is available. Should multiple booth spaces be of interest, please contact Janette Blahova at jblahova@bcwwa.org to discuss sponsorship opportunities that qualify for multiple booth space allotments.

Key Dates for Exhibitors in 2026

September 15, 2025, at 10:00 am PDT
Sponsorship application system opens.

September 8-12, 2025
Sponsors select booth locations.
Sponsors select booth locations as their sponsorships are confirmed.

*2025 conference sponsors are given the first right of renewal option on same or similar opportunities for 2026.

September 16, 2025 – November 21, 2025
Founding exhibitor application submissions and booth location selection process.

*Organizations that have exhibited at the BCWWA Annual Conference & Trade Show for 9 out of 10 years between 2014 – 2025 (excluding 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID pandemic) are considered “Founding Exhibitors.”

September 17, 2025 – Expression of interest application form opens. 

November 21, 2025 – Expression of interest application form closes.

December 2025 – January 2026
You will be notified in December 2025 or January 2026 if your organization has a confirmed booth space or is on the waiting list. Confirmed organizations will be ranked in lottery order and contacted in that order for their floorplan selection.
