Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring this year’s conference. All sponsorship opportunities are now sold out.

All sponsorships can be purchased for two consecutive years only. After the second year is complete, the sponsorship is released for other companies to purchase. 2025 conference sponsors who qualify for a first right of refusal option on a same or similar opportunity* for the 2026 Annual Conference & Trade Show will be contacted by BCWWA staff prior to September 15, 2025, to confirm the sponsor’s intent to utilize their first right of refusal.

*While we strive to ensure that first right of refusal sponsorships are as close as possible to the previous year, sponsorship opportunities and pricing may vary year over year.
