Strategic Plan
The BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA) is guided by a three-year Strategic Plan that outlines the future direction of the Association and upholds the mission, vision and values of our organization.
2025-2027 Strategic Plan
As an Association that represents over 4,500 water professionals from across BC and the Yukon, our Strategic Plan is developed to help shape the future of the Association and guide what we do as an organization. This strategic plan is the result of a lengthy consultation and ideation process that started at the beginning of the year, with input from our Board of Directors, Leadership Council, volunteers, subject matter experts and water sector stakeholders.
The mission and vision of the BCWWA has not changed and we are still committed to supporting, empowering and advocating for the people who work with this critical resource. However, we have expanded our value set to enshrine the purpose of our organization as service-driven, inclusive and dedicated to innovation and growth within the industry.
